Re-panelling
The combined effects of time and the weather, or incorrect or badly fitted doors and windows can have a detrimental effect on the outside of your home. As can badly thought out attempts to remedy the problems and “Do It Yourself”.
I can provide advice you can trust on the condition of your home . I use products that are used and recommended by leading manufacturers and are specifically designed for Park Home use. I can guarantee that customers will not be pressurised into having expensive work carried out that is not necessary.
1. Firstly we remove all the rotten or damaged exterior plywood panels
I then inspect the existing timber framework of the home and if necessary repair any damaged timber work.
2. Then I re-insulate with Celotex or similar product
With low emissivity foil facings, Celotex is manufactured from ridged Polyisocyanurate (PIR) using blend of blowing agents that have zero ozone depletion potential (Zero ODP) and low global warming potential (GWP).
3. Re-clad the exterior of the home with pre-primed exterior 9mm Magnesium plyboard (this is the most durable product on the market)
4. Fit new double bevelled edge drip rail
5. Seal and texture your park home using a Resitex textured coating in a colour of your choice.
